Your periods should be on a 28 day cycle, kind of weird that the would happen the same day every month. On the first day of your period count forward 14 days, this should be when you ovulate. Try concieving then, you may want to start a couple of days before and a couple after just incase you ovulate differently. You could also buy an ovulation kit (they are with the pregnancy test) and that will tell you when to do it. Good luck!

Hi
If your cycle begins the 5th of every month then your cycle length is slightly irregular. Typically a woman ovulates fourteen days before her period is due- so count back fourteen days.
Things to consider-
If you are partnered with a male and are having sex to obtain pregnancy you may want to have sex 2x per day starting three days befor your expected ovulation and continue until one day after ovulation.
If you are using donor sperm and it is frozen you will want to assist insemination as close to ovulation as possible- how many specimens to purchase should also be well thought out!
You should track your cycle too- there are obvious signs of ovulation that you will easily be able to identify.
Are you taking any antihistimines? If so ask the prescriber if you can stop. Antihistimines can dry up your cervicle fluid which is produced at ovulation and is fertile- conducive to sperm life.
You may take a little extra vitamin E, it helps you produce for CM (cervical mucos, I call it Cervical Fluid).
Take a good vitamin- Professional Prenatal Formula by Life Time is excellent! You should start it or another prenatal as soon as possible to get "geared up for pregnancy!
Be sure to get plenty of exercise, walking just thirty minutes every day can increase you overall well being.
Spend 15-20 minutes at the least everyday meditating. You can use this time to affirm your pending pregnancy. The days that you are intorducing sperm visualize the sperm and the egg meeting.
Don't be too disappointed if you and your partner tend to argue during thos days- you will both be very fatigued and will probably not want to be intimate- prepare for this by pampering yourselves a little and reminding eachother that you are just setting the stage and that the rest of it really is out of your hands.
Another thing to remember is that caffein can dry up your CM- avoid it or greatly reduce- its not just coffee but soda too.
Get really comfortable with your body- it is beautiful, and capable, and absolutely divine- get lucious with it- think of it as a haven for creation- a haven of heaven! Sex is beautiful, Yoni's(woman's reproductive organs) are beautiful, get to know how you work - how your yoni functions- having a clear understanding will help you work with it!
Baby Dust to you~

If your periods are on the 5th of every month, then your really not regular meaning, 1 month your cycle is 30 days, another month your cycle is 29 days etc... Try just having sex every day from when your period stops and until it starts again.

You can go to walmart and pickup an ovulation kit. They should be able to point you in the right direction. You should ovulate around the 15-23 of the month. Try the 15-23 first and if that dosn't work then get you an ovulation kit. Don't overwork your husband though. Good Luck

The best days to have sex that leads to conception is when your body shows fertile signs, such as increased vaginal discharge, the position of your cervix, increased sex drive or positive ovulation tests that you can buy fairly cheap over the internet. Aparently, you also taste differently "down there" during your fertile days, but remember that soliva is not good for conception.

start 14 days later and do anyone and everyone you can...as often as you can. there are many factors to consider. such as the male's sperm viability, and the pressence of a mature egg. sperm count.
you WILL produce an egg within 14 days and it WILL begin to travel down the fallopian tubes.
to become pregnant, you must have enough VIABLE sperm introduced into the cervix and they must be strong enough to swim up to the egg and still have enough energy to penetrate the egg and fertilize it.
of course it MUST be a mature, viable egg.
if all things are correct, the egg will be fertilized and you will become pregnant and you will NOT have a period.
if the period comes, then you probably have failed.

About 10 days after your period starts, begin having sex during that whole week. Or if you want to get really specific try charting your temperatures to find out exactly when you ovulate.

nothing guarantees pregnancy...buy an ovulation predictor so you know when you release and egg. Ovulation usually occurs around the 14th day after the first day of your period..but this is subject to change for each woman.
