I'm trying to "see" bandwidth by I.P. address on our network and I'm looking for an application that will do so.

Try ntop. You may need to span on your switch. Or use netflow accounting.

Get a firewall like Mcafee and click its 'internet applications' or 'traffic meter'

it gives port and ip addressboth in and out

you can both block or create ports with mcafee............

u can use Win proxy......... or any Pawar full proxy
