it might be spyware or adware or some computer virus try downloading windows defender and spybot search and destroy and adaware away and have them all do full scans and it would be a good thing to purchase a virus protection and get up to date then do a full system scan good luck!!

After you check for viruses, malware, etc. with the programs mentioned, go to housecall.trendmicro.com and do a free virus scan there. After it is complete, then click Start, Run. Type in 'sfc /scannow' and click OK. A DOS window will open and close. Then a window opens showing the scan being done. When it is complete, reboot and see if your problem is fixed.

Make sure you perform all of the steps to get rid of all problems. Each scanner works differently and may find different errors. Let each program auto fix all errors.

At first u remove ur RAM and cline it ... After that u put ur RAM If ur problem is gon then Good other wise u reinstall OS
