I dont trust him. He's never followed the courts decisions or the law on anything else, if it conflicted with what he wanted to do. Just look at his signing statements.

The man gave an oath to uphold the law. Whether he likes it or not, he will be bound by that oath.

But remember the supreme court and their decision, remember all the liberal squawking and bitching and moaning the next time we get attacked. Remember that this administration tried to protect you, but you fought tooth and nail against it.

Remember that when the next attack comes. When it happens, make sure you dole out blame where blame is due.

Of course he won't. There was a news report yesterday that he's going to try to find another way to set up his war tribunal. He's more concerned about unfair trials for hundreds being held, without being charged, for years now than honoring our Constitution or the Geneva Conventions. We can only hope that things swing our way after the November elections and, hopefully, a democratic majority will occur and they will impeach him for war crimes!

The Court's ruling simply says, I guess too simply for you, that congressional approval is required for Military Tribunals. Remember who controls both houses of congress! I know you want those poor, mistreated terrorists to be released but they aren't going anywhere.

Of course not. He's already ordered congress to make secret military trials legal for his administration, and predictiably, the Republican congress-sheep are falling into line.
