do an experiment, the experiment always governs theory ..no matter how good is a theory a single experiment can disprove it, or you can rise a whole theory by analizing one experiment and relating it to others to explain it....or you can change your name to Einstein or Planck and pretend you have done it! , that's faster :P

I'm not sure you understand the purpose of a theory. A theory starts as a hypothesis that can be tested or applied to existing factual data. The better the hypothesis explains the facts, the more likely it is to be correct and accepted as a theory.
A completely new theory comes from an insight into the reasons why the old theory does not explain certain facts or predicts results that are not observed. Einstein's Special Relativity and Newton's Law of Gravity are examples.
As the data become more numerous and complex, it gets harder to develop a completely new theory, because it has to explain so much and should have some predictions that can be used to test the theory.
One of the problems with string theory is that it has to be "adapted" to explain some things, and it predicts nothing, so it cannot be experimentally tested.
At some point, we hope, there will come insight into why there is no simple underlying structure of matter and why there are such oddly different forces, including gravity. Now we also have to explain "dark matter" and "dark energy." None of this will be easy, and it will take a young scientist's mind, one who is not unduly influence by existing theories.
