soak jaggery and dry coconut in pure ghee for about 8 hrs and take about 80-100gms every day morning. In the afternoon take on full banana soaked in ghee for 4 hrs. Don't cut your regular meal or exercises. It will surely healthy extra weight

how far will you go to gain weight?your metabalizm is probelly high so the only thing i can think of which is not recommended is to smoke marijuana and eat junk food
