This is my standard answer......... go get a book called Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler. It will help you understand your body and all the myths about it. It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive. It's not only about getting pregnant- it's about avoiding pregnancy when you don't want it to happen...... It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not. You can pick and choose what you do with your info. Good luck and don't listen the all the myths!

the most fertile time for a woman is right in between her two periods. The cycle starts at the beginning of each period, that's when the ovums are made. So it's about 14 days after the start of the period, or about 7 days after it ends and 2 weeks before the next one starts, she is fertile for about 48 hours. so avoid those few days
update-also the sperm can wait for up to 5 days for the egg to be released.

the best way to avoid pregnancy is to not have sex or get the noraplant or the insert on a woman ect.. but the best answer is just dont have sex.

Have A Vasectomy, If you're a guy, If You are a girl get your tubes tied.. otherwise dont have unprotected sex unless you are willing to accept the consequences.. ie children..

the best way to not have sex but you can get a vaginal sponge and some spremicide ( use together) try a crevix cap you can get this from your doctor it has to be fitted and spermicide ( again use together you can find spremicide at walmart its call nonoxinal 9 the sponges can be found online )

abstinence or you can get a hysterectomy...that is a surgery in which they take out all your female reproductive organs....that means the ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus ..ALL.of it..those are the only 2 ways..
your stupid if you think that there is no way your NOT going to get pregnant without using protection or birth control....you need to educate yourself before you go opening your legs

The obvious one would be not having sex. You could try some sort of rhythm method but pregnancy will be inevitable if you you that mehtod.

after 13,14 & 15 th day of periods only the egg will release in womens monthly cycle you can aviod those three days

don't have sex. If you don't want to use protection and don't want to get pregnant not having sex protects you 100% from pregnancy.
