Im from Texas. The bird is a Northern mockingbird. Though, it only does this a specific time of year to attract a mate.

mockingbirds are notorious night singers and tend to drive people crazy. You can tell their song because it constantly changes in pitch and tone. They will mimic the song of other birds as well as man-made objects such as cell phones!

i would say moking bird cause in florida and georgia they sing all night the only other bird i know would be quial or wipper will they a know as night time singers
