If I murder my fiance in his sleep, because he is snoring and i can't sleep, should I plea temporalily insane? Should i claim I was sleep walking? or use sleep depravation as an excuse?

Sleepwalking is a good one, or you could say I took Ambien to sleep and i was not responsible for what happened! :)
I know you're kidding and I understand where you are coming from. When my hunny gets too loud I have been known to put a pillow over his face! (It makes him roll over and stop snoring at least temporarily)

Neither on of those will get you off. What you need to do is line yor matress with one of those plastic covers to prevent the blood from seeping onto the matress. Now wait untill he is asleep and gently tilt his head to the side and stab him in the temple with a kitchen knife. You need to act fast at this point, let out a few screams so the neighbors can hear and quickly drag his lifeless body into the kitchen, grab everything on the bed with blood and remove the plastic from matress. use this same plastic to place bloody sheet in and hide this temporarily while you call the police. Now this part is crucial you must grab a frying pan and whack yourself over the face several times making sure to not neglect the eye areas. By the time the police arrive you should have sufficient swelling. now you can say he was beating and abusing you for years and you finally had it. The jury will buy it.

You may need to rethink the "fiance" part. If it makes you that nuts you can either insist on separate rooms, or just live apart. If either of those options don't appeal to you, then there really is no defense.

Try breaking up if its driving you that nuts. Trust me, you will wound him forever by returning his ring and yet never have to go to court with a defence story.
He could use some surgery or appliances to curb smoking if you tried talking him into it though..... consider this if you want to keep him.

Why get into a lot a trouble? Probably, you'll end up in prison.
Just move, or have him move. Never do stupid things. I'm not saying you are stupid. I'm saying, what you are thinking is!!
