but of course. all 23 national player's names are submitted to FIFA before the tournament start. so everyone in the team will receive medals irregardless if they've played or not.

Yes they do now even though in the past (1966 for England fans!) not all the squad were awarded medals which was pretty unfair on those who had contributed in the games leading up to the final (like, I'm led to believe Jimmy Greaves)

YES, the world cup is made up of 4 years worth of qualifing as well as the finals so the whole squad would of trained as hard as each other and be there when needed(just like theo) i would want something for sitting on the bench!
