Plant some patty pan squash...they're cute little clam shaped summer squash that grow as fast as zucchini, but are adorable and delicous.
Also some beans! They're good, good for you and good for the soil. Plant yellow and green!
Don't forget to plant some marigolds in amongst your vegetables.
It's not too late for spinach and lettuce if you plant them with some protection from the sun... say underneath some sunflowers?
Don't forget some pumpkins so you have a few of your own, you won't have to go out and buy them.

Plant stuff in your garden that you know you will eat or know you will like. Why tend something that you won't eat or don't like to look at? Also keep in mind that it's kind of late in the season to still be planting. So you'll want to see how long it takes for that plant to grow. Otherwise you may be growing it for naught.

It sounds, to me, like you have enough to keep you busy! I will typically plant whatever veggies are my favorites, or the easiest to maintain/harvest. I like radishes, cabbage, & okra, but that's me. I hope you planted the watermelon, cantaloupe, and zuccini as far away from each other as possible, otherwise they have a tendency to cross-pollinate. I had cucumbers one year that had an orange tinge to them and tasted more like cantaloupe than cucumber!

I would suggest green (half runners) beans, peppers (several varities) cucumbers, yellow squash, and maybe some herbs. If you plant a crop of Tomatoes in mid to late July, you'll have a great fall crop.

Cucumbers and peppers have always worked well in my family. And they're even yummier when they're fresh.
Also, have you thought about spices? Basil and parsley are good choices.

You got to have green bell peppers. Also greens are good like swiss chard and spinach.
Both are super easy to grow.
Good luck :)
