Its called AirAsia don't know if they fly out of Manila but they do fly out of Clark DMIC

actually the cheapest airline will be airasia (www.airasia.com) but it doesn't fly from Manila..I mean it still in Manila but it's 3 hours north..the airport called Clark airport and it's in Angeles City..cheap though..much much cheaper than flying from Ninoy Aquinto airport
