1. Eat protein within an hour before you go to bed. 2. Do not sleep during the day no matter how hard that is. 3. Take a lukewarm bath 20 minutes before bedtime. As your body cools, you should get drowsy. 4. Have a fan or some other form of white noise going. 5. Do not do anything in your bedroom except sleep and sex - no eating, TV watching, etc. 6. Refrain from watching any form of electronic media for two hours before bedtime as that keeps your sleep on a shallow level.

tire your body out before you go to bed.and dont worry about not sleeping, or it will keep you awake also.
