usually when i try to download a file or whatever it says that i am not authorised to view this page or can't access this page so what do i do?

because u attemp to download files from some sites that is not free
maybe u can register free in some of them and can download the files
but actually u should try to find websits that downloding file is free on there
u didn't tell us what kind of stuff u wanna download
so we cannot help u to find a free one

Hi,
I hope you'ren't trying to download stuff that requires authorisation.The only tweak I can offer you with the limited knowledge of your operating system,its network limitations etc is to reset the browser.If this doesn't work,it probably means that you're being screened by a firewall.

Typically means that the page is password protected. This error would be preceeded by an password dialog, and you would have entered junk.

look for what you are downloading somewhere else...meaning that the site isn't for public view
