The best answer is drink loads of water it's a natural toxic remover.And make sure you bathe daily.If your soaps don't suit you then oil your body with some coconut oil keep it for an hour or so than take a warm water bath with any soap. secondly smear your body with a solution of turmeric& milk cream ,leave it for half an hour& then bathe with warm water only.Please give it a try it works 100%

It depends on your skin type. If you've got dry skin, using a cream cleanser is best. For oily skin, a water based facial wash is good. Have a look in the chemist, there are all types of things for all skin types.
