Bobby Day's brilliant prevalent songwriting efforts were "persistently" made time-honored by utilizing the Dave Clark 5 in 1965 and "Little Bitty noticeably One" popularized by utilizing Thurston Harris in 1957, Clyde McPhatter in 1962 and the Jackson 5 in 1972. besides the undeniable fact that, Day is maximum remembered for his 1958 solo recording of the Billboard warm 100 No.2 hit, "Rockin' Robin", a music lined by utilizing Michael Jackson in 1972.

I do believe that the Jackson 5 (with Michael as lead) did do a version of it. the original isn't Michael though.

Yes, of course.... That's right..... It wasn't The Osmonds. What the hell was I thinking?
Donny Osmond did, however cover the song - it just wasn't released as a single.
You'll have to forgive my indescretion. It was a long night at work and I'm working on my 6th gin and tonic.

Bobby Day sang the original. The BEST one. It's how my best friend learned to dance when she was little.
