i would go get some tylenol pm and try and help get your sleeping habits back to normal.. they are not addictive and the nights you are really tired do not take them.. get exercise during the day and stay away from caffeine hours before it is your bedtime...see if this helps you..

once you've been waking at 1am then you were sound asleep, you would possibly want to no longer get up in case you wake,it really is the worst aspect you may do,try going to mattress an hour later at nighttime, have a warmth relaxing bath and a warmth drink of milk, and a lettuce sandwich is meant to act as a sedative besides.yet in case you wake contained in the nighttime do no longer get up try interpreting a e book or listening to the radio,or counting sheep or something I paintings in a wide institution and that i record each of the persons i love and those I dont,or placed their names in alphabetical order, you'll quickly be nodding off back

Are you drinking drinks with caffeine in it. Allot of caffeine will keep you up .. Foods like chocolate will do it too.Check with your Doctor, it could be sleep apnea. Good Luck...
