1) 6 days after I ovulated, I had a very light brown spotting.
2) Tender breasts
3) Very high unusual temperature (fertility temp)
4) mild cramps in my abdo and stomach.
5) fatigue
6) when empty stomach, I feel a bit nauseated

They are all correct. Although there are"symptoms" that show the possibility of a pregnancy, there is no sure way to know without getting tested. I never had any of the "symptoms" in any of my four pregnancies. The only thing that told me something was up....a missed menstrual cycle.
Those may also be symptoms of other issues, so please do not hesistate to get a pregnancy test first, and then, if the test is negative, go to your doctor to make sure taht your body isn't trying to tell you that something else is wrong.
Good luck in your quest to become a parent. It is simultaneously the most wonderful experience on earth and the most unnerving one.
When you finally DO pick the long straw, just remember to have lots and lots of patience. Babies don't come with a users manual, so your first time around will be full of new experiences. Don't fret if you find yourself overwhelmed. There are plenty of women in your life that will be more than happy to lend you an ear or offer advice if you need them.

I am not a Doctor, I am not a female. Hell I don't even know where babies come from, nnnnnnoooo that isn't where they come from, how can they fit. lol I like laughing and joke and pissing people off. Just getting those point. lol .

obviously this is important to you but how could we know anymore that a simple pregnancy test. take the test and dont fret.

it depends... not all women have this kind of symptoms
try to buy preg test but normally those are the symptoms

i have the same sympoms, just waiting for the missed period to come but it sounds like you are, remember period sympoms are similar to pregnant symptoms
