I have recieved no money since, when I asked her for it back or the cash, she said she had it back - as the person who had it half a year can't afford it - and she has another friend who wants it.... I think this is a lie.... what do you guys think? (I think she's pi$$ed off because I asked for it back or the cash, telling her I have another buyer, which I don't.)

Zara darling you have lost your painting and your friend too. Now honey you learn a good lesson that one must not commit one self in money matters with friend. Friends are there for friendship. Friends and money do not go hand in hand honey.

I absolutely agree with you that she either needs to fork over the cash or the painting back. In all technical sense, it is your painting, which means you are entitled to do with it what you please. You could ask another friend (sibling or possible coworker) to act interested in the painting next time she is around. Maybe then she will get the hint about what she needs to do.

If you aren't really good friends with her, you could always take legal action against her. Let the court know how much she has paid you for the painting, and how much you agreed upon. Tell them that you are more than willing to give her the money back if she gives the painting back, or you would like all of the money at that point.

Hope it helps!!

Tell her ok, since she has the painting you're on your way over to get it right now. Either she produces that painting or the cash value of what it is worth. Or you produce a law suit.

i think of you're finding on the "pronunciation" line in that lexicon dictionary result. I think of meaning it fairly is how the notice for "god" in Aramaic is stated. and that i'm guessing those capital letter point out which of the letters and marks could be written out in Aramaic script, when you consider that (like Hebrew) the written Aramaic notice would not have revealed a super variety of the vowels. .

tell her the picture, money, or law suit. It has been more than enough time. No real friend would pull this crap.
