Moreover, it ranks either last or next to last in terms of life expectancy at birth, combined enrolment in primary, secondary and post-secondary education, and gross domestic product per capita.
But Haiti is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere.

Yes it's Sierra Leone in west Africa. North Korea could also be the most impoverished country. We don't know much about them.
