Why do white people (some, a-lot) believe that they are superior to blacks/other nationalities? Has anyone out there that may be racist, traced his/her heritage to the slave days? If so , 99% of the time, you will find that there is another race/culture running through your blood, even if it is a Great Grandmother 8-10 times back. I would like to know: HOW "You" determined what color you were going to be. That "N" word! WOW... I have found more white "N's", then I have blacks. Why are we as "Humans", so set on putting another "Human" down? Here is a very good example to what I am trying to say... I caught part of the Oprah show last year(don't watch much t.v.) Tom Cruise was on, talking about his two adopted (black) children, someone had asked him what race they were..., his response:"THE HUMAN RACE!" Serious Answers Only,PLEASE!

Some races tend to put other races down mainly out of fear and their lack of knowledge. Humans react mostly on gut instinct naturally, but we are know incourage to use our brains at least once in a while.

I don't think any race is better or worse then the next. There are good people and bad people, and that is how I classify them. I do know this, the other day I was walking out of the bank after withdrawing a decent amount, there were two guys in the parking lot coming into the bank. One was black the other was white. I am a white woman, and I found myself walking closer to the black man the the white one. I often times are more wary of white people the blacks or other races.

On general, i have found whites to be highly public about their racism and very violent about enforcing their views.
However, they are not the most racist people I know, it the black people. They themselves are their own worst enemy.
Want proof, Pick up any rap album put out by any black person, count the N-word. Listen to lyrics, how illegal activities are portrayed in the song? How many violent activities are sung about? Do these songs reflect the black culture?
If it not acceptable for a white person to say why is it acceptable for a black? how about a Native American? or an Asian?
How can the world look at the black mans allegation of racism when their own culture defines itself by the terms it calls Racist?
Culture is summed up in the reflection of a cultures music

People tend to have to feel superior to other people, which breds racism. Ignorance and fear play a large part in racism. When one is ignorant about other cultures, he tends to fear them. Example, someone hears a couple speaking a language he can't understand, he immediately believes that the couple has to be talking about him. So does he go out and become multi-lingual? No, he remains in fear and ignorance because he finds it is too difficult to learn the other language. Besides, why should he? Everyone should only speak the language that he understands because he is 'superior' and his language is the only 'good language.' If not they are different and should be feared and hated.
Others will look at skin tone and be turned off because it is different than his own. Again because this person feels 'superior.' Sad but true.

Well, we are certainly trained/brainwashed to speak politically correct, but inside, everyone of us experiences racism and thoughts that are now labeled as "racist" It is the nice to thing to say "oh, not me, I love everybody and color doesn't matter" when in fact, it most certainly does. It's called preference, not racism. Why the hell is everyone so scared of it?
Please don't use Tom Cruise as an example if you want top stress your point, as his popularity rating has plummeted drastically because he is a freak of sorts.
It is human, inborn condition to be weary of what we do not yet understand, but when a person comes to understand on his/her own, and the fear is gone. I am an example of this after living right in the heart of the city for 3 1/2 years now.

I agree with Tom cruise. Whether black, white, yellow or indigo it's a human race. I believe any elite person would not condescend his fellow man. It's your character that proves what you're worth not your colour.
