It didn't go too well for me the last half year. For the next half year i will work on my character, and also physique.
i find that cause i gained weight, i am lazier, therefore participate less in what makes me happy and then my crappy mood affects others. So i am going to get me right first, because we are do affect others just even by our mere presence. i intend to be the kind of person that inspires others.
