usually its not really made, its a stolen or lost ID that someone just modifies to the buyer. Unless you have lots of money and criminal acquaintances, in that case they would maybe actually make it somehow, but the process is probably different for each person.

Illegally, and I am not going to tell you that they print it out on a computer printer and then put you picture in place and laminate it on a card. Of course more states are using holograms making it much harder to fake.

hey you just open your yahoo messenger than click on "messenger" menu and then click on "my profile". then click on the button "create new profile" then click on create a new public profile. and your fake id is made. so before messaging you need to select your id from send as drop down button
