I met a guy today and asked me to sell my old dirtiest socks and pants.i think he must be crazy or something wrong with him.but he gave me a really high price.so what do you think i should do .i really need some money now !!

Well, reading your words reminds me of a sexual perversion... It seems like that person would do anything for getting your dirty stuff. This is not a balanced behaviour, in my view.

totally disgusting but I have heard of people "shopping" for clothes in the apartment laundry facility so I stay near enough so that doesn't happen to me. I hope it never will.
