Hi,
In Primary school there used to be this really cool Pacman game on the computers and now I can't seem to find it anywhere and I can't go to the school either. It was the late 90's when they had it. The game isn't like the old one and I think it used to run on ms-dos. It had alot of levels, the pacman figure was updated and the mazes were larger than the screen, often you had to go down and couldn't see were the maze started. It was a huge maze and there were bombs, and Pacman would be chased by scissors instead of ghosts and instead of eating dots or the round objects like in the classical game, he would eat green microchip-type looking squares. Anyone ever played this and know where I can find it?? Please, I've been looking for this game everywhere and can't find it. Thank you!

It was still rather 2-dimensional. You used the arrow keys to control him and you would only see the one side of his head. It wasn't 3d.

They have released the arcarde favorite so it can be played on the TV.
Check out Pricegrabber.com:http://www.pricegrabber.com/search.php?form_keyword=Pacman+and+game
They have it available on a lot of formats (game machines). I think that this one may be what you are looking for: http://www.pricegrabber.com/search_getprod.php/masterid=589958
Pricegrabber.com takes the prices from a lot of vendors and match them, giving you a price range. Since they list the stores you could even go the store and find it.
to find a cheap one check eBay: http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?from=R40&satitle=Pacman+Game

hi, at major retailers there are small units that plug directly into your TV. They contain 5-10 games and are hard programmed. One of them is called classic games and contains Pac Man, Space Invaders and all those other early games. Believe it or not I think there is one for the really old atari stuff like Pong and tank command. I bought some for my kids at Walmart. Good luck. Stew
