There is no theory that says you could do this (multiverse theories work on the quantum level, not through black holes).

But were you to fall into a black hole you may not notice much at the event horizon (if it was a big black hole). However, as you approached its centre, the gravitational tidal forces would rip your body to pieces. As you went further, they would collapse all of the atoms in your body, ultimately forcing the electrons and protons to combine until there were only neutrons. You would then end up as a super dense lump of degenerate neutrons.

You would miss a beat and move back to the past, and 300 years later a bunch of scientists will try deciphering where your spaceship came from.
