Ibiza is the most easygoing place in Spain...
Life is still a little "hippy" there...
You will probably find a job, at least for the summer.
If you are not an EEC citizen, you'll need, and may may have trouble getting, a work permit...
But you can always just enjoy the beaches and then head for the mainland afterward!

u gotta make sure u got money cos the pay is pennies u shoudl get a job ok as theres millions although whilst u do that job meet the right person for doing another job a little bit of selling if u know what i mean thats how to make the money dude
