it cannot be described but iam going to give it a go.from the biological point of view,blame the hormones.especially the adrenaline hormone which will cloud the judgement of the guys and they are crazy about girls.i guess the same holds good for girls too.if you look at the real value of love,there is absolutely nothing in it except that people like to be around people and we are social creatures.we also like to depend on somebody when in need,all that makes a person vulnerable enough to get brainwashed with a feeling called love.i think that should cover the scientific description of love from a psychologist point of view.
i dont have an answer from the emotional point of view because love is undescribable....live it ,enjoy it.

People fall in love so that they can relate to each other so that they can talk about problems in their life without worries and some to make love with each other

Because these people have a sense of attraction towards each other which cant be expressed in words!!! Also as these people are mad & have nothing to do better than waste each others time!!
