Yeah I have one too. It's weird to read the explanations on the things you've dreamt about. There's so many different books out there too, it's a fascinating subject and weird when you think about how our minds work.

I don't need one, I usually remember my dreams when I read a certain word, or see something that reminds me of it. However, I do write down dreams that I want to remember, or that I remember in vivid detail.
Today, I can't remember what I dreamt about.
