Wasim Akram has run out most people in ODIs
Allan Border in tests

Steve Waugh has run out most partners in both ODIs and tests

I don't thnk they keep records about this. Chris Harris from NZ ran quite a few out as a fielder with direct hits. I remember Geoff Boycott when batting did run some of his partners out too.
