Attitudes of dishonesty and corruption arise because there is a widespread perception of insecurity and 'not-enoughness' in the minds of the people of this era.
A person does an act of dishonesty simply because he feels that he would lose something by not being dishonest. You need to feel absolutely secure in order to be perfectly honest. If you think deeply enough, you will find that in the past you've been afraid that certain undesirable things might happen to you, 99% of those never happend and the other 1% would not have bothered you as much as you had thought... there could have been things you thought you needed badly in order to survive, but you are doing very well without those. YOU survive as long as you do and you don't need anything external to survive as long as you do. Everything is in YOUR mind. I hope you get the point. The feeling of insecurity is the biggest myth that can arise in a human's mind and that's what leads to dishonesty and corruption.
And, you can never eradicate dishonesty and corruption, but you can only bring in honesty and fairness. You can root out the feeling of fear and hatred from people's mind only by cultivating the feeling of love. People should know and realise that an act of kindness and love can bring greater happiness than grabbing someting from somebody else.
So, if you want to eradicate dishonesty and corruption from somebody's mind, just make them feel secure, give them love and help them understand the true happiness they can get by loving and sharing. Cheers..

each and every one of us have to put in individual effort sincerely to eradicate dishonesty & corruption.remember the word " persons "includes us also.

You can do very little!!! This is the common present situation which just cannot be cured!!! its the way of life!! People have degraded beyond repair!!!
