Mindy from Buttons and Mindy on animainiacs.

You mean like this-
Whatcha doing mister man?
Why?
Why?
Okay, I love you, bye-bye!

Also:
Mom- I'm going to the store now, Mindy
Mindy- Okay lady
Mom- Call me mom, mommy, anything but lady
Mindy- Okay lady

Poor Buttons (the dog). He always saved Mindy from danger, then got yelled out by the mom for making a mess or something like that.

That cartoon was great!

Her name is "Mindy". She is usually getting into trouble and always being bailed out by her loyal, though neurotic, canine friend, Buttons. She drives her mom crazy because she always calls her "Lady" instead of "Mom." And she ends the conversation, "OK, I luv you, buh-bye!" (Which is also cute, by the way.) It was from the Animaniacs cartoon.
