you are not allowed to shoot off fireworks in nyc so therefore you are not going to be able to buy any fireworks. not even black market.

Your going to have to make the drive to Pennsylvania like the rest of us. If you take I-90 S to Pennsylvania, Phantom Fireworks is off the 2nd exit in Penn. they have the best deals and alot of buy one get one free. Then you can pick up fireworks for your friends, charge half of what you spent and get a discount on your works.
