In the end you've been caught so there are not many options you either lie or tell the truth but remember the truth almost always wins out so just fess up and deal with the consequences. Because if you've done the act you must have known that there would be a cost if you were found out!!

If you are a girl you will put your hands up and say "You got me", on the other hand if you are a bloke you will still probably try to use every excuse under the sun to get out of what you have been caught red-handed doing.......even if there is no way out other than owning up!!!

I would be more willing to forgive if the person busted would totally confess, and lay out all the ugly details leading up to the big event. Be prepared to walk a tight line for a long time, till you build some trust back, and remember your mistakes, some chances aren't worth the risk of losing someone you love, or are they? Good luck!

Nothing can work if you are caught red-handed, unless you are smart enough to make up something within a couple of seconds.

Deal with it. You got caught, guess you probably shouldn't have been doing it in the first place, huh? What ever IT is!

Just own up. Take the punishment /concequences, deal with it professionally and it will make you a better and wiser person.

time is a great healer, there's not much you can do except for accepting what has happened. Put it down to experience, everyone makes mistakes, or just simply acts on their forbidden desires.

retain some maner of dignity and just face the music. tell the truth, and face the consequences, whatever they may be, without trying to weasel your way out of them.
