You can find it in Itaewon, Seoul. I saw the book once when buying some English books for my kids there. Just next to the Hamilton Hotel there is a shopping plaza. There is a guy selling CD's and DVD's in the front. Go inside and ask around for English books.

is the only reference I could find of containing the Pheasant's Bell.
The Pheasant,the Dovemand the Magpie is possibly another name for the story? and is available in this book
