I speak Japanese and I doubt you can learn Japanese from a web-site. If you are serious about learning Japanese go to a language school like Berlitz or move to Japan if possible, where there are a lot of language schools. Keep in mind that for an English speaker Japanese is one of the most difficult languages to learn since there is very little similarity between the two languages. There are some loan words from English and that is it. Be careful of Romanization because it will hurt your pronunciation. Good Luck and be realistic about your goals.
