Fashion modelling courses, Modelling schools, read lots of vogue, go on sites like style.com, and where I come from you might be able to start doing some modelling through talent agencies or you can find some modelling agencies in phonebooks but you have to do youre research about these agencies and stuff. find some books from the library.

Your numbers are confusing.
First, modelling is a tough business, so you have to be smart........
Get an album of photos of yourself, in nice clothes, all of which YOU will have to pay for--the photographer, the clothes, the whole shot.
Then you pound the pavement and look in the ads to find jobs.
Face counts the most, not measurements.
So far, you haven't shown what it takes. Reconsider your career options.
