I became mentally sick and I begged for the divorce.We used to live in U.S,but I came back to Japan.So did he and the kids.He didn't want the divorce ,but he understood me and we got divorced.We decided to raise the kids togethar.But as soon as he found a girl friend he didn't want to see the kids on the weekend or pay the child support for the kids anymore.He got remarried to a Japanese girl and trying to have a baby.He asked me to pay for the cost for the sergery to un-do the pipe cut.He says that it was my fault that he can't have a baby so he is not willing to help me to raise the girls anymore.And it was about 8 years ago. The girls are 14,15,16,it cost alot.Is there any way for my ex to pay a little? By the way I got remarried and have a baby.Please somebody tell me what is the right thing for me to do??

He said his lawer told him that nothing can make him paythe child support because now he lives in America and the kids are in Japan.

It does not matter how many times you get married he is still their father and has the responsibility of supporting them. Take him to family court or the court that deals with that in Japan and make him pay. If he does not pay up don't let him see the kids. It is not your fault that he can not have anymore children. Tell him to raise his own money for the surgery. Good luck

For one thing it's not your fault he can't have kids. I wouldn't give him a dime. The only way you can make him support his kids is to talk to an Attorney and get advice. Problem is why are you now wanting it after 8 years. That is some thing that should of been taken care of a long time ago.
