I have forgotten a password on Excel, needed to open a spreadsheet. I have seen a lot of code crackers but you have to pay. Does anyone know of a free one that isn't dodgy (eg contains spyware or viruses etc)

Well almost all paswword grabbers contains Viruses.... here's a trick... make duplicate of that password protected Ms Excel File > and do these tricks with duplicate one!
> Rename it... and Press Shift click and enter, to open that file, use notepad to open it > after it opens.... copy the whole text... and open another new notepad File... and paste it and save it as .Xls extension, and open that file with Excel

There is a simple way to Recover ur passwords. Please check out the softwares in the Follwing webpages. U can get the correct and simplest way to recover ur Password. Try It!!

I have a software with me that can get a password for excel sheets..............i can help you there.........
