My best guess is that it probably stems from the mouth being refered to as a "blow hole".
One particular memory that you have so kindly evoked also suggests that it could be because somebody who really knows what they're doing alternates between sucking and gentle blowing on the item in question. Try it - you'll be appreciated.

U were not really open for us to understand ur message.In any case, i want to inform u that u are going out of the way.It is indeed a perversion of the real thing.Why not do the thing the normal way. God did not create mouth for sex . There is a place for sex, go there!
