We don't. They do. They're wonderful humans with vast potential to improve their own condition. Countless generations have proven that over and over again. Your assumption that they can't solve their own problems is insulting and degrading. Why do you think they can't solve their own problems? Do you think they're too stupid, Incapable, or too Lazy? Which human property do you think they lack that you have to overcome for them?

This is big matter these problem can only be solved by biggies with good heart and love for poor and people which are lacking today.
It can be done by creating a powerful commity of big people involving people like builders indutrialistwho are determined to do this.A community should have capacity to buit big colonies for poor.Making maintanance free for them untill they achieve something.A community should also allow poor people to borrow money from them.Other rich people should donate something for poor.
It is a big responsibility cannot bo done by middle class people
but big people with big heart can find way and do it.

Take some of the money going into the rich's pockets and build in those countries! Bulid tenaments, apartments, and housing! build factories and jobs! That is how to jump-start an economy! of course then you run into the problem of globalization! We lose languages, races, cultures... etc! What're ya gonna do?

Ensure the fact that housing is a basic human need. Implement efficient policies for rehabilitation, without corruption especially in developing countries.

How about the empowerment and involvement in our own country? Once we can solve our own dilemma, then we are more apt to solve those in other parts of the world.

1) Cancel world debt, completely. Many of these countries will never be able to pay back what they owe us, and we really dont need it, so we should drop it. This will allow them to spend their money on education, social welfare and infrastructure growth
2)Hold back Western corporations. We've got to reel in our companies, they treat Africa and the third world as a free-for-all. This cannot be allowed

The only way is to change thier social beliefs and social order. As long as there are rich there will be the poor.

EDUCATION (for the poor) + MONEY (for the things) + OPPORTUNITY/JOBS (for sustaining long term) + INFORCEMENTS (for the corrupted) + DETERMINATION (from the poor it self) = SUCCESS
might i add building low cost buildings/apartments(employ the poor them self), great scocial/civil planning.
