First, try to observe what exactly does your neighborhood need-cookies, paper boys, a bar, a lemonade stand, etc. Then , based on consumer's needs decide what can you do about it and what are the expenses occurred doing that thing. all in all it is called a business plan and that is what every business starts with.
My personal favorites are a neighborhood small shop or a soft drinks stand

The best routes to take are to research the process of starting a business as well as the industry you're interested in.

Go for the internet business, which requires less of your time and the one that will not make you feel headache with web designing, or which require IT knowledge. Second, choose the internet based company which offer you the opportunity and at the same time giving you the convenience to start the business. Third, choose the business, which does not require big money to start it.
