I got mine from Marks and Spencer's. They have alot to choose from and are affordable. You can also try Suntec City, not sure the name of the store but it's on the Carrefour level. They sell all the lovely bubbly stuff. Another store, not sure of the name, in Century Square, it's on the women's section where you'll see all the bras, nail shops, etc. It's in the corner, can't miss it!
Sorry I can't seem to remember the names of the shops. I've thrown away the bottles of the products. The best ones are from Marks and Spencers.

You can also go to Marks and Spencer in Singapore. They have bubble bath or bath foam.
