You shouldn't really crack your neck,I know what you are doing for releif as my daughter does the same.It helps if you put lavender and aloe vera on a hot heat pad and pop it on your neck and voila!!!!!

Try to sleep without pillows for two days and must need Sun light (in morning) directly to your neck atleast for 10 min.

you have not described your full and exact problem. if its a stiff neck then use collar brace for some time, and also try isometrics for neck, visit physiotherapist or occupational therapist nearby. do not go for massage.

A few aspirins, and apply heat. The pain will subside after an hour or so.
