My fiance got his nipples pierced about 6 months ago. He also has his tounge pierced, and he said that hurts worse than your nipples. I watched it happen. They will take a clamp (that part doesn't hurt, imagine gently applying a pain of pliers to your nipple) pull you nipple out a bit, stick the needle through real fast, pull it out, then stick the piercing in. The whole process takes about 5-10 minutes. He siad it wasn't that bad. But keep them clean, as my fiance has problems with them getting infected ALOT. That is the only bad side we have seen thus far.

It depends. if you have small nipples they will go in back of the nipple and peirce the skin. This doesnt really hurt. If you have big meaty nipples they will go through it and this can be painful.
On the other hand if you are a woman it wont hurt. Who knows why?

Yes, but a pleasurable pain. It hurt for about a week then got better. You definitely have to keep it clean, because there's nothing more painful than an infected nipple.
The upside of it is that it looks hot and it feels great. Do it.
