Cat...on a hot tin roof. Means that it's hot up there and it's like hot potato.

I believe the saying is "cat on a hot tin roof" but it could be a variation of it, basically it means someone who is jumpy and behaving like a cat would if they were on a hot tin roof it also means that your in a hurry to get away
