They jab that needle in and out it looks like they must be causing harm to other body parts and the skin. ouch.

Not really a question is it? I mean you kind-of hit the nail on the head with this one....it looks violent because THEY ARE jabbing a needle/tube in and out of the flesh...they're sucking and ripping out everything (or lots of what is) between your skin and muscle...*if they had the emoicons on this site, I'd be using the green puking one right now*

Because it is, lol. I watched some show about it where the doc punctured the chicks intestines. She had to get legs amputated because the waste went through her body and caused gangrene.

Yeah...it does look violent as hell. It's not easy to get rid of fat even if you are using a machine I guess.
