Get a long string (like a shoe string), put your penis in the "up" position, as in, pointing towards your belly button. Loop the string around your back and the upward facing penis and tie it in a bow. Voila!

anyway, if you dont want like it be too obvious to others, try not wearing a tight trousers especially those body-fit.
