The answer is simple....
When you look at her.... do you want to speak with her? Do you feel extremely bad when she doesn't say you "hello"?? If you have answered "yes" to both the questions.... you can be friend, and maybe also more than that.... just think about, you will find the answer on the deepest part of your heart....

what do you have to lose life is too short to just sit and watch her end up with someone else because you were to scared to ask her out youll feel alot better if you do trust me ive hooked up with every girl ive ever wanted even though im kind of on the low end of popularity try it it'll be fun
