Boohbah...
I was a preschool teacher and never ever in my life would I ever allow my students nor my own kids to watch a show with weird looking creatures that babble in baby talk with no meaning whatsoever in what they are doing or where they are going....I think the person who created this show was high on drugs and not all there....I would be so embarrassed to be the director, writer, camera man, make up artist, etc for this show. I cannot believe that they actually air this stupid thing...
The teletubbies are almost as equally scary...what's up with British children are they all that stupid? Are they all high on drugs...At least with Barney (though annoying at times) he gives the kids advice, structure and teaches them some sort of message like how to keep yourself clean, how to share, etc...on the other shows they have nothing but weird baby talk....For younger kids put in a Baby Einstein movie and its great for them...its good for ages newborn to two years old...then they have little Einsteins for the the toddler preschool age group...sheesh why would pbs allow this type of programing I have no idea

I agree, they're all a bit scary - we had much better shows when we were kids. I'm not sure what Boohbah is, but I definitely say Barney is the most disturbing. The teletubbies are the most RETARDED and I'm sure will cause a generation of stupid kids!!

RE:
Which kid's program do you find most disturbing? Barney, Boohbah or Teletubbies...?
All of them are freaky in my honest opinion...something's always up with kid's programming

TeleTubbies! what's the point? And what's with the Baby in the
sky? Are those pipes that go up & dwn. really telescopes or
Big Brother? What kid relates to/with colorful creatures who don't
talk, just jump around?Where are the trees? No pets, food, toilet,
parents, sitters etc. That's preparing them for seperation alright.
And who's saying 'BYE-BYE,BYE-BYE? EL SICKO...

They are all insulting to children! Kids are much more creative, much more responsible then television networks give them credit for. I also resent the influx of animate cartoons from Japan/China. Because they show characters with immature emotional structures, and the animation itself is not all that good. Their mouths don't even move correctly with the words they are saying.

I think they're all disturbing....the producers of these shows can't keep up with network TV anymore and this is the crap they spew out. Too bad....PBS used to make quality (fun) educational shows. Remember Sesame Street, ZOOM....those days are gone.

I think something is seriously wrong with the teletubbies. They just look so weird. Maybe that's where that one guy on here got his fear of clowns. It was the teletubbies when he was a baby!!!

The Wiggles...a group of grown men cruising in a big red car looking for kids. Doesn't sound good to me!
